2. Information you send to us

If you submit the website contact form, we receive your name, email address, project message and, if you choose to provide it, your telephone number. The form submission is processed by the website host and sent to info@immersivetechsolutions.co.uk using the hosting account's configured email transport. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and a short-lived rate-limit check; the server may process your IP address for this purpose. We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss potential work. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary.

Enquiry emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website code reviewed for this version does not deliberately set analytics or advertising cookies, and does not contain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel. The interactive 3D viewer uses a third-party JavaScript library delivered by Google hosting infrastructure. Google Fonts are also loaded from Google's servers. These are external resource requests; their presence alone does not establish that this website uses advertising or analytics cookies.

The hosting platform, security services or embedded browser features may use strictly necessary technical storage or cookies.
