Immersive Tech Solutions provides digital services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers generally have fourteen days to cancel a distance purchase. However, by purchasing the Closed Testing Package and requesting testing to begin within this fourteen-day period, you expressly agree that the service may commence immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be waived once the service has begun.

Testing is considered to have commenced once testers are onboarded, application access is confirmed, and the fourteen-day testing window has started. Once testing has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

If testing has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Immersive Tech Solutions.

Google Play approval decisions are made independently by Google. Rejections, suspensions, delays, or policy actions by Google do not constitute grounds for a refund.

As all services are digital and intangible, there are no physical returns.
