These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website operated by Immersive Tech Solutions located at https://immersivetechsolutions.co.uk. By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Immersive Tech Solutions provides digital services, including Android closed testing and immersive technology development services. All services are delivered digitally.

The Closed Testing Package includes onboarding twelve active testers for fourteen consecutive days. Immersive Tech Solutions provides a structured testing activity. Approval by Google Play is not guaranteed, and all final decisions remain with Google.

Payment is required in full before testing begins. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other supported payment providers.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy available on this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immersive Tech Solutions shall not be liable for Google Play rejection, suspension, loss of revenue, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
